Founded in 1986, SAMLARC is one of the largest master homeowners associations in California, representing 13,645 units, 13 community parks, 4 pools, the Beach Club Lagoon, and the Lago Santa Margarita. In addition, SAMLARC hosts a number of exciting community events each season including Wine & Cheese, the 4th of July Star Spangled Spectacular, the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration and more!
Our foundation has been shaped and supported by many talented volunteers and business and civic leaders, in return, RSM has benefited from our giving back to the community.
Our values and principles remain unchanged, we seek to enrich the quality of life for residents of Rancho Santa Margarita by inspiring local philanthropy, engaging stakeholders in community service and embracing the local nonprofit network through collaborative partnerships.
