Did you know that RSM Cares serves over 500 families at our pantry distribution site twice a month? We also partner with Age Well to provide distribution to homebound seniors. Every participant will need to register with name, address, number of children, seniors and income level. Everyone is welcome. Individuals will receive fresh fruits and vegetables, non-perishable canned goods, and more.
The Pantry is held on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. Participants will drive through the Shepherd of the Hills Methodist Church parking lot at 30605 Avenida de las Flores, Rancho Santa Margarita, 92688. Visit our event page to see the dates.
Volunteer with us twice a month! Volunteers who are 16 and older are welcome to help from 9 am to 5 pm. Those 13 – 15 are welcome, with a guardian in attendance during distribution from 2 – 4:30 pm. Make your own schedule. Our volunteers can help set up the Pantry, accept or sort donations, distribute food and help clean up. Please get in touch with us for more information.

RSM Cares, under the leadership of Brad McGirr, has created the Zero Trash Initiative to gather volunteers on the first Saturday of every month to pick up trash at specific locations. Volunteers meet at 9:45 am outside the Cinépolis (30632 Santa Margarita Pkwy, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688) at RSM Town Center and head to a specific location. We pick up trash from 10 am to Noon.

RSM Cares understands the commitment of our Marines and the sacrifice Marine families make for all of us. Because of this, we have partnered with Camp Pendleton’s Family Readiness Officer, Team 2/5 RSM, and other local groups to support the needs of our Marines and their families. Our contributions and support include:
· Operation Enduring Freedom Monument at Camp Pendleton
· Deployments and homecomings with snack bags and hand-made cards from residents and children assembled with love.
· Community donations throughout the year for holiday celebrations and other special events.
Please join us in celebrating the men and women of our Marines and their families by providing a touch of love from our community. Click our bell to get involved.

RSM Cares is pleased to introduce our first featured artist – Jim McLaughlin –
RSM resident, artist and Laguna Beach Art-A-Fair exhibitor. Jim discovered his love of art at the young age of 8 years old and eventually graduated with his master’s degree from USC. Early in his career, Jim was forced put away his brushes due to the demands of family life which included his beloved daughter Julie who has a rare neurological disorder called Rett Syndrome. Retirement in 2018 has afforded Jim the time to pursue his talents once again. Greeting cards of his art piece are available for purchase down below.
